- Candidate should have demonstrated knowledge in the inspection of precision machined parts
- Training Inspectors
- Strong Statistical Process Control
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specs

Education / Experience:
|
|
|
- 2 year Associates Mechanical or Technical Degree or equivalent
- 7-10 years mechanical inspection experience
- Aerospace and/or machined parts experience
- ASQ certification
- Six Sigma and Statistics training
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrates a strong attention to detail
- Able to coordinate solid workflow and prioritization management

Cost Accountant
|
|
Position Summary:
|
|
|
The Cost Accountant is responsible for maintaining cost accounting functions in the ERP system including: revenue, gross margin, inventory, and variance analysis. Perform inventory valuations and reconciliations, oversee cycle counting, prepare and analyze financial reports including manufacturing variance analysis, inventory trends and cost of sales analysis.

Education / Experience:
|
|
|
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Three plus years cost experience in job shop environment
- MBA or CPA preferred
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Access
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Cable Production Manager
|
|
Position Summary:
|
|
|
The newly created Cable Production Manager will oversee all production activities for cable production including delivering results for revenue, on time delivery, quality, cost, safety, and lead times. Has accountability for staff management including hiring, coaching, training, development, and performance management. The Cable Production Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementing Lean strategies throughout this manufacturing process.

Education / Experience:
|
|
|
- 5 - 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- B.S. in Engineering and/or Business
- Proven success in driving continuous improvement through Lean and/or Six Sigma skills.
- Knowledge and experience working with a functional ERP system for execution of shop floor control, inventory status, and production scheduling.
- Knowledge and/or experience in a high mix/low volume; engineered to order; job shop manufacturing process.
