Micro-Coax stands by the quality of our products, but reserves the right to evaluate sample material before accepting a full return. Please contact Micro-Coax for a RMA number before returning a product. The RMA number must appear on the package container and all associated paperwork. If we deem the defect to be the result of a Micro-Coax error, we will generally replace the material free of charge. Other defective material can also be repaired or replaced as per negotiated terms.
