In addition, Micro-Coax Operations Manager Sean McDermott was named 2012 Member of the Year by the APICS chapter at an event Monday night. “We’ve partnered with the APICS chapter since 2010 to provide Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) training and have enjoyed a strong relationship with the organization,” Micro-Coax CEO Chris Kneizys said. “And we’re happy the many contributions of Sean McDermott are being recognized.” Six members from Micro-Coax and Kroll completed the CPIM training and certification program between 2010 and 2012. “The Micro-Coax team that participated in the APICS CPIM classes showed special interest and enthusiasm in their approach to the education and how they could best apply it to the business processes that make up the Micro-Coax operation and supply chain. Their support of the APICS Schuylkill Valley Chapter is best seen through their attendance at various regional APICS events. We are proud to include them as valued members of our Chapter.
