Susan Chambers is the Human Resources Manager and her responsibilities include leading efforts for Talent Acquisition and Development; Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement; Communications, and other related people aspects of the business. She joined the company in 2006. Prior to joining Micro-Coax, Susan worked with SmithKline Glaxo and Quest Diagnostics in a variety of HR leadership roles at a business unit, regional, and corporate level.
In addition, Susan is a member of The Society of Human Resources Management organization. Susan has also served on several church and charitable boards
Susan is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in Sociology.
John is a Director of Product Management, RF and is responsible for the design, development and supply of Micro-Coax cable assembly products.
John first joined the firm in 1984 as a microwave design engineer. Since that time, he has served in several positions, including: Semi-Rigid Product Manager, Program Manager, and Market Team Leader for both the Space and Test and Measurement Markets. John has travelled extensively throughout the world in support of Micro-Coax customers.
John is an Eagle Scout and received his BS in Computer and Electric Engineering from Lehigh University in 1984. He is also a member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA).
Outside of Micro-Coax, John enjoys family time, road cycling, model railroading and coaching youth athletics.
SherryAnn Petrakis is the Sales Director for Micro-Coax and is responsible for domestic and international sales while overseeing the Customer Service team, as well as the Application Engineering group. She’s helped the company achieve double digit growth for the past several years by building a strong sales force to increase Micro-Coax’s overall market share.
SherryAnn started her career at Micro-Coax in 1997, and she was able to grow within the organization from inside sales, account management, and customer service including leadership positions in sales, marketing, shipping and receiving.
SherryAnn earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and has her Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University.
As a Technical Director, Ron leads the design and development of the ARACON and Micro-Coax cable products.
Ron joined the company in 1986 as a microwave design engineer. Since that time, he has served in several positions, including: UTiFLEX Product Line Manager, Quality Manager, and Engineering Manager. Ron holds one U.S. patent and has been integral to the UTiFLEX Microwave Cable Assembly business development at Micro-Coax.
Ron received his BS in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1986. He is also a member of ASQ.
