AccuPhase test assemblies address a persistent challenge in RF testing environments, where traditional armored test cables are often too large, too heavy, or too rigid for modern, high-density setups. By combining internal ruggedization with a flexible coaxial construction, AccuPhase test leads enable reliable connections that maintain measurement integrity even when exposed to repeated flexure, temperature variation, and extended use cycles. 

At the core of the AccuPhase design is an internally ruggedized flexible coaxial cable that incorporates Micro-Coax’s UTiFlex heritage design philosophy and Aracon braid, delivering a unique balance of mechanical durability and electrical stability. This construction minimizes changes in amplitude and phase caused by movement and environmental factors, helping engineers and technicians maintain consistent, high-fidelity measurements without constant recalibration.
